SUMMARY

Refreshing and crunchy, bursting with nutrients and flavour, this smoothie bowl is the ultimate low sugar breakfast or post-workout pick-me-up.  Made with a vibrant blend of antioxidant rich frozen berries and creamy natural yogurt or kefir, it’s finished with a crunchy, protein-rich topping of Brookfarm Low Sugar Granola Macadamia Raspberry.

 

Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen raspberries

- 1 cup frozen strawberries

- ½ cup Greek yogurt or kefir

- ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Method

  • Blend all ingredients except granola until smooth. Pour into a bowl, top with granola and extra fruit if desired. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes & Tips

  • For the best texture, use frozen fruit and thick yogurt—aim for a slushie-like consistency.
  • Going dairy-free? Use coconut yogurt or frozen avocado.
  • Get creative! Add cinnamon, a spoon of nut butter, protein powder or mix up your favourite fruits.
