Shipping & Delivery Policy – The Fruitful Basket

At The Fruitful Basket, we aim to provide fresh produce straight to your door with care and efficiency. Please read our delivery terms below:

Delivery Days:

Home deliveries are made every Saturday. Market orders are fulfilled at our various market locations.

Payment Terms:

All orders must be paid in full on the day of delivery. We accept:

• Cash
• Card (EFTPOS)
• Direct Debit (Must be paid prior to delivery)

Non-Payment Policy:

Failure to make payment on the day of delivery may result in additional fees. This includes, but is not limited to, a penalty of up to double the total value of goods delivered, along with possible suspension of future deliveries.
