Return & Quality Policy – The Fruitful Basket

We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our produce. However, if you receive an item that is not up to standard, please let us know so we can make it right.

If there's an issue with the quality of any item:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • You must provide a clear photo showing the affected item(s) and a brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we are happy to offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item (re delivered same day)
  • A credit to use on your next order
  • A partial refund, depending on the situation

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Our goal is to ensure you are always happy with your order and confident in our produce.
