When to Expect it
We deliver every Saturday from 8:00am until late. Orders open Thursday midday and close Friday at 9:30pm, or earlier if stock sells out. We always do our best to accommodate all customers, however deliveries are currently scheduled in the most efficient way possible.

How often are you buying your produce?
We source fresh produce every week to guarantee peak freshness. Once collected, your farm fresh goods are stored in our large cold room to maintain the perfect temperature until they reach you.
How often do you deliver?
We deliver weekly on Saturdays. Changes in delivery frequency may occur over time.
What happens if we run out of stock on an item?
At The Fruitful Basket, we strive to minimise waste, which may occasionally result in slight discrepancies in your order. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a suitable substitute
How much is your minimum spend and delivery fee?
Our minimum spend for home delivery is $40.00 for most areas. Please check your delivery zone as some areas have a higher minimum spend.
For Fernvale, and Lowood the current delivery fee is $5.00 and $8.00. Surrounding areas may incur a delivery fee between $8.00 and $18.00 depending on location. Please contact us via email or social media to confirm your exact fee.
Spend $300.00 or more in a single order and receive FREE delivery within our delivery zones excluding Crows Nest/ Hampton
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts such as our Loyalty Card.
Can I track my order?
Currently, we do not offer this feature. We will continue to invest in improvements where possible, but for now, we will provide your final price and an estimated delivery time via text or Facebook.
